After School Prevention Specialist
After School Prevention Specialist: Our after-school prevention services are expanding, and we are seeking Part time Prevention Specialists to join our team and deliver Prevention Services in the Alta Care Group After School Collaborative Program. Successful candidate will provide services predominately within the schools. Prevention Specialists will be expected to make available at least seven to fourteen (7-14) hours per week with a minimum of 2 afternoons from 2:30 to approximately 5:30 or 6:00 for the purpose of providing Prevention services at such hours consistent with program, planning, and supervision requirements.
Optionally be available an additional (3) hours per week on Saturdays from 10:00-1:00 at an Alta facility or a school building for the Alta After School Program.
Compensation: $30.00 per hour as the Prevention Staff/Aide on a fee for service contract.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide various programmatic and general administrative services which shall include:
As the Prevention Staff/Aide:
- Facilitating and/or supporting the Positive Action Curriculum with Fidelity.
- Utilization and supporting other evidenced based interventions as deemed necessary for the program.
- To assist the assigned teacher in supporting academic interventions related to all students in the after-school programming.
- To provide monitoring supervision and to apply behavioral management strategies in support of the Alta After School program.
- Program Evaluation and Data Collection, as necessary.
- Other necessary forms and records maintenance as required by Alta in its day-to-day operation procedures related to the Alta After School Program.
- Participation with and assistance to the staff and administration of Alta in activities that may be requested in planning, funding, managing, and evaluating Alta programs when requested.
- Delivery of services to clients of the Center according to Alta Behavioral Health Care practices and guidelines.
- To make available time during the week, as is mutually convenient to Alta and Prevention Staff, as may be needed for coordination, planning, and/or supervisory meetings.

Fiscal Clerk/Receptionist
The Fiscal Clerk/Receptionist provides support to the Finance /Billing Department Staff and Chief Financial Officer in fulfilling their responsibilities. This includes organizing documentation, data entry, filing, and other light administrative support activities that assist the Chief Financial Officer. This position is based at the front desk of one of the Behavioral Health offices and serves as a receptionist, while conducting their fiscal clerk responsibilities. This involves greeting clients and visitors, answering calls, scheduling appointments and related front desk activities. The position requires becoming familiar with Alta’s Electronic Health Record and to a limited extent, Alta’s accounting software.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Fiscal Clerk Responsibilities:
Support fiscal department operations and staff, including organizing documentation, data collection, data entry, filing, and other light administrative support activities that assist the Chief Financial Officer.
Assist in organizing, copying, and preparation of financial reports as requested by the CFO.
Assist with the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents.
As requested, assist in daily logging of receipts received by Alta.
Any purchasing activities as instructed by CFO/CEO.
Assist in the preparation of necessary and requested materials for review by the Alta’s contracted Independent Auditor, as well as any Government or Third-Party Payer auditors.
Assist the CFO and CEO, as requested, in review of the annual independent Audit Report and response to any findings or recommendations.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

Part Time Secretary
Alta Care Group, Inc., is searching for a Part Time Front Office Administrative Assistant. The desired candidate will oversee all activities relating to the front desk and reception area.
This position will be working Monday 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday 12:00 p.m. – 8:00p.m., Wednesday 12:00p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Thursday 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Maximum of 29 hours per week. Home & Community Based Therapist (Functional Family Therapist)
We are seeking a clinician to provide Functional Family Therapy to children, adolescents, and their families. The successful candidate will, as part of a team, provide counseling services to a small caseload of families in their natural living environments, school, or other necessary locations in the community. The goal is to reduce risk of placement in restrictive care settings and to prepare families for youth stepping down from restrictive care settings. The candidate will work closely with other community stakeholders, including Child Protective Services and Juvenile Court. On call crisis availability is a requirement. Starting salary is very competitive ($40,000 – $60,000 based on credentials and experience).
Minimum qualifications must include licensure with the state of Ohio as Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist or Social Worker. Preference with be given to candidates with a Master’s Degree in a behavioral health discipline with Ohio licensure.

- To provide crisis intervention services, to include verbal mediation interventions, to protect the client and/or other’s wellbeing.
- Initiate and provide Community Support (case management) services including assessment, linkage, advocacy, and referral as client needs become apparent and as developed in the ISP.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Van Driver and Behavioral Assistant
Alta Care Group is seeking a part-time Van Driver and Behavioral Assistant. This person will be responsible for the safe transportation of Alta service recipients to and/or from Alta Programs and Services in Alta owned vehicles. The Van Driver and Behavioral Assistant is under the direct supervision of our Mental Health Day Treatment Coordinator. This individual ensures the safe and timely transport of consumers while providing a comfortable services from origin of the trip until reaching their final destination. Additionally, the Van Driver and Behavioral Assistant may provide support to mental health day treatment programming during scheduled work hours when not transporting clients.
Candidate must be at least 23 years old and can drive a 15-passenger van. This individual must have the ability and willingness to work primarily afternoon and evening hours on weekdays, and occasional daytime hours on Saturdays. Case Manager

Mobile Response Stabilization Service (MRSS) Worker
We are seeking a Full Time Therapist to join our team and deliver Mobile Response and Stabilization services to adolescents, children and young adults and their families. The MRSS Therapist will be accountable for providing day-to-day mobile crisis intervention, follow up and support within our offices, the community, and schools.
MRSS is a structured community based, in-person, intervention and support service for youth and families, provided by a mobile response and stabilization service team. It is a prevention-focused emergency program that serves as a gateway to other services across the system of care. MRSS is designed to promptly address situations in which young people are experiencing emotional symptoms, behaviors, or traumatic circumstances that compromise or impact their ability to function within their family, living situation, school, or community. The youth and family guide MRSS interventions, with the strengths and needs of the young person and family determining the types and mix of services and supports provided.
The MRSS Therapist is responsible for providing emergency mobile response and stabilization to families with youth and young adults up to age 21 who are experiencing difficulties or distress. The MRSS Therapist will provide intervention within the MRSS guidelines, based on acuity. This service also provides in-home stabilization services and linkage to on-going supports. The youth and family guide MRSS interventions, with the strengths and needs of the young person and family determining the types and mix of services and supports provided. The MRSS therapist will work as part of a team and develops an MRSS plan to be implemented by the team which includes a Peer Support Staff person or Qualified Mental Health Specialist.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Two (2) years’ experience in children and family services.
- Licensure from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Specific experience in clinical activities with a focus on child and family therapy, diagnosis of psychopathology, treatment of severe behavior disorders, treatment of abuse and neglect related disorders, treatment of children at risk for hospitalization and out of home placement most preferred.
- Crisis intervention and response experience.
