Lachelle R. Goldson, BSAS
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Studies at Youngstown State University. I began my professional career at Alta Behavioral Healthcare May 8, 2017 as a Community Healthcare Coordinator. Alta has partnered with the Public Health Department to implement a program to reduce infant mortality in Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley. I previously worked with pregnant women who are at the greatest risk of having a poor birth outcome; connecting them to community resources in efforts to reduce barriers to having a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. I am currently working on my Internship to become a Clinical Counselor. I am also working on my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling.
